The revolution of spaces has also reached the classroom. Immersive rooms in education are learning environments that use technology to provide students with interactive and immersive educational experiences.
SIMMERSIVE® is the interactive immersive room solution created by DigaliX designed for multi-sensory learning. Encourages student participation and allows them to engage in hands-on activities that promote active learning and problem solving.
The SIMMERSIVE model is a work and learning environment that combines our XTable tables with XWalls (immersive, interactive wall projection equipped with IR laser technology).
The XTables are large-format interactive and multi-user devices that facilitate collaborative work and allow files to be shared between tables and with the walls of the room through Cloud synchronization. A SIMMERSIVE room allows groups to be divided into teams of 6 people distributed in several XTables that talk to each other.
The immersive projection to three or four walls allows you to project a multimedia environment on which you can interact using gestures and work from the menu of the projection itself or with the shared resources from the XTables.
SIMMERSIVE also allows you to play 360º multimedia resources around the entire perimeter of the room and recreate spaces virtually.
In addition, a Room Control Webapp managed with a tablet, allows you to turn the room on and off and select between various work sessions created by the centers themselves.
Immersive education rooms enhance understanding and retention of concepts, foster creativity and critical thinking, and prepare students for real-world challenges.
SIMMERSIVE offers many innovative proposals for educational environments:
